i wont this build up inside of me

i went away to make my pain go away, the doctors there were nice
but smothing wasent right when they said lights out tonight.
it was scary hearing people screm, when you try to go to bed,
when i got out that rainy day life started to seam ok, but weeks later
i felt the pain come back , wanting to cut but i didnt want to go back to that
scary place, so insted i said to my self in the mirror i wont let this build up inside of me.

I hope you do find release and healing from the pain. It sounds like there is a lot of grief behind this.
