Another day,
Another fight,
Another chance to make it right.
Another cries,
Another bleeds,
Another runs away from me.
Another time,
Another tries,
Another left out in the dust.
Another day,
Another life,
Another dumped and left to rust.
Another try,
Another stab,
Some other day I’ll be on that slab.
Another goes,
Another stays,
Another soldier leaves today.
Another time,
Some other place,
I’ll be leaving from this place.
Another life,
Another war,
Another family worn and torn.
Another wish,
To bring you home,
Another prayer gone to rome.
Another child,
No other dad,
Famlies split for the fight in Baghdad.
Another day,
Another time,
Peace will reign after this life.
Another chance,
To make things right,
Another life for harmony.
Some other time,
Some other place,
It'll happen, we'll fall from grace.
Without you here
Our lives are torn,
And other’s lives'll always be worn.
Another abyss,
Another home,
Another soldier relentlessly scorn.
