Conscious Hatred
I'm too dead to feel
But you insist on breaking me
To my extremities
Till I scream in pain
And misery
Completely filled with anger
And numbness
I'm too alive to heal
And my rage
Writes itself upon this page
Without consciousness
But your lighted shadows
Fill me with hatred
And utter annoyance
At your existence
But you still don't get it
I scream in pain
Just to make you go away
And to leave me
Feeling nothing but free
