Can you blame me for leaving this world?
I can't deny this pain any longer....
I'm saying goodbye,
This is for real
Listen to me
And remember all I say,
I hope you have a
Great life,
Better than mine was.

I really like the first half. The second part “And remember all I say, I hope you have a Great life, Better than mine was.” Didn’t flow the same. Compared to most of the farewell poems, this one is very short and to the point. Very poetic, so to speak. Good job. |
