The sarcastic glow waits beneath the horizon
for it will release itself on an impetuous note
and gives no hint of birth
blazing magenta cuts through the sky
leaving it to bleed a haughty tangerine
ling ringlets of secreted lust
it ruptures my heart
and my mind is secluded from the physical
I fall into reverie
though my sabbatical is short-lived
revelations untold dance before me
as if to exclaim glory
over riddles of the heart and spirit

Great concept I love the analogy between the sunset and your feelings. The imagery was spectacular. Nicely done. |
