Do you ever feel your incomplete
Your searching for something
Crying out for the missing piece
I used to have a best friend
I've not spoken to them for 2 years
not once not even hello
I could talk to them about everything
and they knew what it felt like
they knew who i was
what i was going through

Yesterday i bumped into my best friend
Said hello and got talking
It appears that my friend was watching me
and laughing when i bottled up emotions
When i didn't tell my friend something
I kept it secret
They said they could have helped
Stopped me taking dramtic measures
just to cope
Said they knew what i was going through

Yesterday I talked to myself.

really straight forward, no fluffy "poets speak"... i liked this
