Insulted my heart,
Now it seems you want to restart.
Are you going to hurt me…again?
Or will you make me pick up my pen,
Make me pour out the hurt inside,
Where things do like to hide.
You opened my heart,
You had the power to tear it apart.
Now I can’t help but smile,
Going backwards it not my normal style
For you I would do it all the same,
Because you have lit a flame.
Made my heart willing to feel,
For me this is a massive deal.
I couldn’t shut you out like the rest.
You stopped my heart being repressed.
I now feel like I have been blest
