I’m in love with you please believe,
Never would I lie or would I deceive,
Your heart as it has been hurt before,
Kicked about & lay on the floor.
The love I harbour for you deep inside,
Will forever grow & stand by your side,
But I have a cloud hanging over my head,
A cloud called depression that makes me feel dead.
Love is strong as is the bond between us,
I hope that you & I can come out of this dust,
I know it gets almost unbearable for you sometimes,
To your heart I commit the deadliest of crimes.
Never have I loved like this,
Never have I earned for another’s sweet kiss,
The way that I do for you & your caress,
You have before pulled me out of my mess.
We share everything may it be good or bad,
To have you in my life I am more than glad,
To hear your laughter & see you smile,
Brings happiness to me in a great big pile.
I don’t want depression to destroy what we share,
I want you to read this to know I do care,
Hold my hand I really need you right now,
I want rid of my troubles but I just don’t know how.
