what you see is what you get
nothing more and nothing less
no matter what the masses think
I'm standing at my best

your words are often painful
your judgements wrong and mean
and yet you wonder why
evil in my eyes gleams

but I push back that side
and smile bright and true
so you will understand
what stands in front of you

I'm not your average chik
I won't back down or run
a tough or passionate creature
I always make it fun

push and I'll push back
I'll stand up toe to toe
but love me with a hunger
and I'll always feed your soul.
