Why does the sun rise?
Why does it set?
Where is the moon when its not dark out yet?
Why is it so that a tree is called tree?
Or a mouse called mouse?
Why could that be?
Why can some people not hear?
Some not see?
Could I ever imagine how hard that would be?
Why do we have exotic fruits?
Like a papia or a mango?
Why does everyone recall that it takes two to tango?
Why can I not take my knee and touch it to my back?
And why is "equal rights",
a concept that we lack?
Do stars grant out wishes?
Do butterflies blow kisses?
Why when girls get married they are suddenly called mrs.?
Why in the Autumn do lots of leaves fall?
So many questions,
not answers to all.

This made me smile. It's such a great write with a nice flow. I guess you addressed some of life's little questions that we'll never have answers to. Excellent work! :-) |

Very good write as it takes one back to the wonders-n-curiosities of children.
Very creative.
