Everything Makes Us Stronger

Time and time again,
I realize…

Everything happens for a reason,

Life doesn’t always go my way,

And as much as I would like it to be- the world does not revolve around me.

Caring for yourself is just as important as caring for others,

And friends are what keep life going at a steady pace.

It’s not the amount of steps you’ve taken, but how sufficient the steps have been.

Complaining gets you no where-
As a matter of fact, it slows you down and holds you back.

Some things you just have to walk off-
Even if they hurt.

Occasionally there’s that dilemma that is inevitable,
And the only way to solve it is to ponder it.

Most importantly,
Everyone has to face things they don’t want to, but getting through them makes us stronger.
