The frustration lives,
It burns all inside me.
Fear is my companion,
Darkenss in my soul.
I try to convey,
What I am feeling inside.
All that lives on is pain,
Swelling up a tide,
Alone I hate.
And yet I only have myself to blame,
For what you and I became,
Or for what we never were.

The process of self-examination sure isn't easy. My only question would be "fear is my companion" - you might add in a bit more about that fear because it isn't clear where that is coming from. The source of frustration is obvious though. This is a good write. Keep 'em coming! Cheers! |

I'm not really sure I agree with the other comment. The "fear" makes sense to me. I think it sort of explains the whole poem if you ask me. If anything seemed not clear to me, it was the title. I'm not sure I get that - but if it makes sense to you, that's good enough for me.
