Liberation of the heart
Comes with gift of same
Giving of ourselves we part
And promise not to play games
Hope for world alone comes
From giving without return
Of what we have the sum
Not turning our back to spurn
Those without who are lost
Hungry and cold on this earth
Take time to figure the cost
Of not seeing their worth
Only gift of love is when
We take time to give it away
How will we be judged then?
On the judgment day
