Fallen Angel

Contributed by oxluvlaughingxo on Monday, 31st January 2005 @ 06:57:11 PM in AEST
Topic: LostLove

a torn angel with severed wings
dragged down to earth by her own feelings
fallen from heaven, unable to fly
tortured by love and left to die
her heart has suffered such brutality
that was only brought on by reality
a love she thought she could call her own
but hate showed her what she'd always known
a deep hurt boiling deep within
unbelievably sweet he'd always been
who knew he could break such a strong soul
shattered into a million pieces, no longer a whole
depression had ruined her angelic fate
adding to her such a tremendous weight
she fell from heaven, never to return
alone in hell she would have to burn
such a tragic sorrow, she didn't want to live
a sadness not even god could forgive
this once beautiful angel is now no longer
but realities sorrow is growing stronger
don't fall down from heaven and lose your wings
live your life like a thousand kings
when love comes along don't take it for granted
your one love will make your life enchanted.
