My Own Misery

Contributed by essentially9 on Sunday, 30th January 2005 @ 09:32:09 PM in AEST
Topic: Suicide

My Own Misery

I am not good enough
To love
Or even be listened to
By you

I am nothing to anyone
Because I'm no one
And there's nothing to be done
Except to use this gun
When my life doesn't matter
And my perspective's shattered

I am worthless to society
I wouldn't even want to know me
I resort back to bleeding
Since I can't blame you for leaving

Someone should put me
Out of my misery
But then again
I'll do it by my own hand

To save you the trouble
Of even caring

I can relate to this loneliness but it is a LIE
everyone is worthwhile and has something to
offer. This was a good poem but I hope you
don't think even for a second that its true.

I agree with Joel. This is an amazing poem but please tell me you don't believe this. Even from the little bit I've talked to you, I must say that you seem amazing. You're a talented writer and have an amazing way with words. If you need to talk, PM me. -Sami-

I can certainly relate to this amazing write.
I know I've been guilty of this in my own life time but one day I saw the light.
I learned that i had to get out of myself to find my own inner peace but still at times I need to be reminded.
such a powerfull, wise write.
huggs,
emy
