what have you done to me?
a shadow of agony as emotions shudder.
once we shared innocence,
untainted and childlike,
but your thirst drifted away.
a furious pool of bitterness -
tears follow night, follow rain,
love dissolved.
in a haze of hatred,
i condemn you.

thirst doesn't drift away..it becomes more parching..and someones would go elsewhere to drink.. I can however see hunger growing more rapacious..or hunger drifting away..but never thirst..I'm growing thirstier by the minute..lol..how bout as a title..Pools of Bitterness?
