~Have You Ever?~

Contributed by wetnwild on Saturday, 29th January 2005 @ 06:46:26 PM in AEST
Topic: LovePoetry

Have you ever totally zoned out
Not even knowing why
And for no reason at all
Just started to slowly cry

Have you ever had a feeling inside
You know what it could be
But when you try to take a look
You can never fully see

Have you ever felt the sink in your chest
You know somethings wrong
Not knowing if this time
You would be able to stand strong

Have you ever not known where you belong
When your broken inside
The windy road of mass confusion
Forces true feelings to hide

Have you ever questioned everything
While being all over the place
Restless and scared
Slowly falling from grace

Have you ever wanted to run away
Just leave and not look behind
Hoping the answers to your questions
Is what you'll eventually find

Have you ever wanted something
Knowing it might be to late
Hoping that thing you wanted
Didn't get tired of the wait

Have you ever dreamed of someone
Almost every single night
Wanting to see that person
But was forced to only write

Have you ever got that warm tingle inside you
A little sighn of fate
Maybe the butterflys are proof that
Fate is not to late

Have you ever had everything remind you of someone
Almost like God's sending sighns from above
Have you ever, well I have
And for that special someone, yes im still in Love! . . .
