oops
|
your name is solace, your voice is tranquility,
my wretched soul's passage from a haunting variability that has exhausted my optimism
now through tear stained irises, i begin to look at my surroundings
with a rewarding serenity resulting from your loving languages, in mind resounding..
...and we arrive Here to this place we have built
our sancuary, where we're free of anger and guilt,
founded on patience:
you sculpted the walls from honor
as i chose soft pastel paints....so rhythmic and tenacious
the doors are of glass as they welcome clear, undistorted vision
but the shade from over head breaks away from tradition,
so when inside, we may look skyward at our roof of truth and virtue-
where sleep comes with ease, because my ways will never hurt you..
and we reside within,
contimplating the journey we have before us -
LIFE
which used to parallel lines of hopelessness, crossing into disgust
but now
for me...it shifts...away..sparking a renewal of my senses
reassured by your unconditional acceptance
abscent of all false-pretenses
i am yours- willingly - defenseless
because i love the very essence of you
..no force of natire, not even death could inject it's negative view
for all that i've mentioned and for your consistant dedication : my eternal gratitude
for our unity stretches far beyond distance measured by lines of latitude,
this world our love conceived and our passions birthed
is incapable of reducing in size or in worth
just to fit on these maps of this earth....
never let me go
