CONFINE
Stress is a button you press.
When worries are on your mind,
All you do is confine.
You run and hide,
Because your mind is spinned in time.
You sit and think
And wonder Why,
"Why is this happening?"
"Why are things changing?"
But everything is like a puzzle,
You slowly pick up the pieces,
Because you realize you’re falling to pieces.
And no one can help you,
Because all you do is confine it to you.
When time is running low,
You have nowhere to go.
You cry on the inside
But, you don't bring it out,
Cause you don't want to show any doubt.
No one understands, not even you.
That's why you, Confine it to you.
Definition of Confine-
1) To keep within bounds; Resist.
2) To shut or keep in, esp. to Imprison.
