Together you and I lie here
Welcoming the Dawn,
It's beauty assures me...
That We and Nature will carry on.
Watching the rising of the Sun,
Kiss the Morning Dew...
Makes me so thankful knowing I have you.
So in love together,
There's nothing we can't do.
The Morning Glories are up to greet us,
Their petals opened wide...
To let the mornings dew quench their thirst inside.
Knowing that by days end,
They wrap themselves up and hide.
Take this one with you, as you must go,
Loving you and missing you is all I know.
No sweeter sound to awaken too,
So audible and clear.
Reminds me of my Grandma's Farm.
The welcoming sound of Birds singing...
Early in the morning...Natures Sweet Alarms!
I could lie there and listen all morning long.
Each one singing, not a note out of tune...
Their own special song.
The Irridescent Damsel Flies,
Along with the Hummingbirds...
Colors shimmering in the Sun,
Pirouetts upon the Wind...
Sipping Nectar from the flowers,
Before their day begins.
Standing alone in my open window...
As a gentle breeze kisses my skin,
Hoping like our lasting love, it will never end.
So thankful for your love every waking day
Praying that in my life you will always stay.
Eternally Yours!
