I’m the girl that nobody see’s
The one who longs to be invisible
Away from the hate and anger in this world
The girl who follows her group
Never speaking out of turn
Afraid to be noticed
I’m the girl who is scared of life
Scared that someone, someday will love her
And with that love, kill me
Because love is deadly
One mistake can break someone
And they may never be able to be fixed
I’m the type of girl who is afraid to let anyone see into her mind
Afraid they might actually see the real girl
And then she would be defenseless and vulnerable
So she puts on a mask and pretends to be something she’s not
This girl
Is me
