i just cried

tonight i took the walk i've been meaning to take for so long now.
with each step i took i shed a tear and for each tear a prayer.
i looked at the white snow that fell all around,
and reached down to touch it, but it was so cold it burnt...
the memory of you crept into my dississulioned mind,
and the tears fell till they froze on the ground.
my heart was bleeding out and no one was there to hear my screams,
i screamed cuz of the pain that ripped through me like the wind,
and i longed to be with my baby once again,
but no matter how i try to ease this pain,
i fear I am going insane,
just like the pure white snow upon the ground,
i lost the me that in your arms i found
i looked into the deep winter night sky,
screamed at GOD demanding to know why,
why he took you, why he left me
then i screamed to him to send you back,
just then the wind blew, it blew so hard, it blew
and the strength and chill cut my heart in two
i never knew what never-ending darkness could be like,
till i found my self bleeding at my own cost
i bleed for you, i bleed for me
but i still am not free...
i laid down next to the empty spot tonight
and drifted off to dream of you,
and then the tears fell,
and i reached out for you to hold me tight,
i screamed but no one heard one little word,
i cried out but no one listened,
but tonight i cried, no matter the reason why
i completely, simply, honestly,
i just cried

Today was a pretty emotional day for me a good day but I still cried a bit just a few minutes ago I guess I was just in need of one

| Let out the tears, and free the emotions, beautiful poem though sad it still was honest cool write. |
