Shes got no place to go
She aint gotta home
Shes always alone
In a world so cold
She trys her best not to fold
Only 14, Shes been through hell
But she takes it so well
People think shes gone nuts
when they see all her cuts
Shes not insane
She just has so much pain
All she needs is some slack
And some one to have her back
Shes tired of takin' every ones bull*****
It makes her want to die because all
The lies they try to tell her

Alot of my poems are this way I have not for months now I dont have a reason to right now and dont want to have one things will get better

I sense the desperation of a woman-child with her back against the wall - with the toughness to fight, but still possessing the tenderness to love, someone who will have her, someone she can trust, IF she can trust.
It makes me want to reach out to her, to help her learn to navigate the path between truth and lies. I hope she finds it. |
