Don't call me from prison anymore
please just get the point
when I slam the phone on your ear
don't call me from the joint!
We were never really serious
and the sex wasn't great
but I admit I am a little sorry
that "Big Bubba" is your cell mate
I guess you have a lot of time
to sit and think and stare
but I don't really want to hear
the stories you care to share
I try not to associate
with inmates these days,
I know, I know,
I have changed my ways...
It used to be cool in High school
to say "my baby's in the pen"
but honey I grew up
that was way back when
And if you ever mention
a congigal visit once more
I will make it my priority
to make you Bubba's whore
So I will say it one last time
I don't want to hear your voice
have fun with your friend Bubba
and next time, make a better choice!
Oh and sweetie let me give
a little tid bit of advice,
when someone says they will get your soap
they aren't just being nice!

though it was written in a what can sound like a humorous tone i think its more vernting your frustrations

| i've spent a night or two in a jail cell, it's true about the soap, you just hang onto that thing!!! It just keeps slipping and slipping, and the guys wouldn't stop laughing. *sigh* |
