My SiR - The End

Contributed by o7neves on Saturday, 22nd January 2005 @ 10:56:52 PM in AEST
Topic: StoryPoetry

So I presented My SiR with the current situation
He wasn’t too thrilled but didn’t use exclamations
Could I see myself in a relationship with you, he asked out loud
I really don’t know, is what he vowed
His declination really had nothing to do with me
Because at the thought of me was when he said “Why couldn’t I be?”
He feels good knowing I’m there on a social and intimate level
But is nowhere near ready to unfortunately settle
Because of me he feels like he’s got an extra hop to his step
It feels so good to be the reason why he feels he’s got back his pep

“If I could just flip a switch I would
Make me feel the way you need for it to all be good
In order for you to be happy I would”
That’s all he said he could

He’s allowing me to use him, while I make up my mind
So at least for now I know, everything will be just fine
I know he is, a really great guy
But when he said what he said, I began to cry
I don’t want to use him, just for the meantime
I mean God Damnit, I wish he was just mine
But still we’re still friends, friends with benefits
And I love when we’re together, cuz we’re such misfits
All in due time, if it was meant to be
So I’ll be concentrating, on just being me

now is this actually the end :) I'm happy that you two worked out some things, even if it wasn't exactly what you wanted. Just remember, things happen when they're supposed to. Excellent write :)

glad to hear that you two got some things worked out. even though i sometimes doubt this but if things were meant to be, it'll come back around again. 33
