OH DEAR LORD I BOW TO YOU
YOU'VE HELPED ME LORD TO SEE IT THRU
ALL THOSE DAYS SO DARK AND GREY
YOU SHINED YOUR LIGHT TO GUIDE MY WAY
WHEN LIFE HAD TORN ME ALL APART
LEFT ME WITH AN ACHING HEART
DRAGGED ME THROUGH THE MUCK AND MIRE
CRUSHED MY DREAMS AND MY DESIRES
YOU CAME TO ME YOU LET ME KNOW
THAT YOU WOULD CARRY MY HEAVY LOAD
YOU TOLD ME JUST TO TRUST HAVE FAITH
THAT I WOULD SOON APPRECIATE
YOU SAID THAT YOU HAD HEARD MY PLEAS
WATCHED ME CRY ON BENDED KNEES
FELT THE SADNESS DEEP INSIDE
ALL THE PAIN I TRIED TO HIDE
YOU PICKED ME UP WHEN I WAS DOWN
WHEN THERE WAS NOONE ELSE AROUND
GAVE ME REASONS TO GO ON
SHOWED ME THAT I DO BELONG
OH DEAR LORD IT'S YOU I PRAISE
YOU BLESS ME WITH YOUR LOVE AND GRACE
