Winter Storm
~~~~
Winter snow
Blankets all below
Mounting on curves
Drinkers swerve
Children play
Pulling sledges
Fireplaces soar
Children cuddled on the floor
As the storm blows
The hot chocolate flows
We’re in for the night
The roads are fright
Turn a good movie on
Turn off the alarm
No ones going anywhere tomorrow
Milk and sugar we’ll borrow
Mother Nature is having her way
Winter is here to stay
