Its too late for

It wasn't supposed to be like this
She was supposed to just come home
But things we take for granted
Are sometimes lost too soon
And we lock ourselves in a dark, cold world
Of misery and gloom

Aww, I'm so sorry....
It's so true, people never know what they have until it's gone. We all take things for granted.
This is such a sad poem and some good advice too.
I hope things look up for you soon.
