I know why you hide from the world
I figured out why you cover yourself with lies.
I heard about how the only mask you wear is the mask of betrayal
You never come out and reveal your pain
You resist the urge to cry
You halt all feelings of trust from entering
With you, emotion is a stranger
Still, there are times when you have the need to break down,
To slip into your world of the scarred
I know the feelings you get when people hurt you.
Because...
I Am You.
