One wave took it all,
all the happiness that was shared in summer, winter and fall.
Everyone tried to hold on to their loved ones,
only a few could actually hold on to their loved ones.
There were houses full of warmth,
now lie there corpses and hungry people seeking that warmth.
We take so much from nature and mother earth does not even cry,
when mother earth decides to tell that she’s angry,
all of us are made to cry.
A lot has been lost,
A lot has been found yet lost.
There are many questions to be answered,
questions about food, shelter and livelihood are to be answered.
The waves that washed away the loved ones still touch the shore,
these waves are telling us “We don’t have any bias against you human beings…
don’t trouble mother earth to an extent where she can’t bear it any more”
