Woke up to the laughter in your voice
And I never wanted to fall asleep again
-Don't wanna lose what I've got
So I'll hide beneath this skin

Hide from everything that is real
Sheild me from anything that could go wrong
-Dont ever wanna lose you
I was dreaming of this for so long

I know life isn't ever fair
But please, appease...
Don't turn this into a nightmare
I'm praying downfront, on my knees
Hoping you won't forget I'm there
Without your care, I have no air
Please, save me from this disease

You whispered those words, once again
I'll treasure them, always, in my dresser drawer
-Dont wanna ever let them fade
And, No...I love you more...

I know life isn't ever fair
But please, appease...
Don't turn this into a nightmare
I'm praying downfront, on my knees
I'll never lose faith as long as your here
And this I will swear, a thing I can't bear
I'm living for moments like these

If I let you hold me tonight
Will you promise never to let go
Just hold on, hold on real tight
I don't ever wanna let you go

I know life isn't ever fair
But please, appease...

I'm praying downfront, on my knees
Hoping you wont forget I'm there
Without your care, I have no air
Please, save me from this disease

Love sucks, but I'm still living for moments like these.
