Beautiful Artist

Contributed by Blu on Wednesday, 19th January 2005 @ 07:25:55 PM in AEST
Topic: LovePoetry

He stands
not tall
but present
like the hopeful
unbudding
of a flower

Beautiful Artist

His hands
caressing gently
my back
fingers grazing
so carefully
touch is all
that is needed

Beautiful Artist

Hair falls down
over his face
-a silk garment
the color of chestnut,
or some other
divine fabric-

Beautiful Artist

Quiet warmth
in his eyes
that whisper secrets
silently
in the bedroom

Beautiful Artist

So like
unchanging immortal tides
come to wash away
our sin
in subtle light

Beautiful Artist

Taken
but not forgotten
or lost
in fear
there is only
love

Beautiful Artist

Colors woven brightly
as though
they were a gown
clinging
to your soul

Beautiful Artist

Nor am I frightened
by this new breeze
coaxing me
softly

to my Beautiful Artist

Very well done. I love the imagery you employed.

I'm glad you have someone so special to you.
As usual, I'm impressed.

Peace,

Kayan
