I'm sorry Janice

To: Janice

"I am sorry that you had to read this without an explanation
No I was not writing my epitaph or my condemnation
For the fear and pain you may have felt
I apologize and wish those word would just melt
It read so true that it took you back
Made you remember the brother you now lack

I am sorry but these thoughts do haunt my mind
They are a part of me that I cant leave behind
My heart is heavy with these dark desires
I will only be rid of them when my life expires
On the outside it doesnt look so hard
But my soul and heart from this life are bared
I do not think that i will ever do this
I am sorry to cause you pain I did not wish

Take comfort in knowing
If I have trouble to friends I will be going
I am happy to know that you will be there
I am joyful in knowing that you care
Again I am sorry for the hurt my word did ensue
If I need help know that I will take comfort in you."

"Thank you for caring"
wipes his tears
"Joshua L. Dillon"

Well deserving of a 5 star vote thing.
Josh, this one was really good. I like where you're taking your poetry. And you thought you couldn't rhyme...
Take care.
David

This is good, quite good. A good thing for her to hear, methinks. And your trademark ending style did its part wonderfully here.

Survive, old boy. I need someone good enough to plagiarize.

Andrew
