Corpse

Topic: LostLove

I say too little, I say too much
I turn away so we'll never touch

I talk in riddles, I talk in rhymes
There answers deep in my bitter wine

I see the answers, I see some truths
I must be blind because of youth

I taste the shadows, I taste my lies
I can’t understand why you hide

I touch the sun, I touch your heart
My fingers burnt I’m back at the start

I reach for you, I reach for my soul
I wear a mask so you think its whole

I listen to silence, I’ve had enough
Maybe you’ll see why it’s so rough

I walk away, I run to the edge
I won’t turn back until I’m off that ledge

I seem so empty, I seem so low
How long dose it take to lose control

I don’t want pity, I don’t want pain
There’s no one left and I’m to blame

I wanted to hold you, to feel your warmth
But the cold creeps in I’m just a corpse

I just need you here, I can’t tell you why
Can’t you listen to silence and stay by my side?

there are thosde who are afraid of silence because they are afraid that it will revile a secret trutyh about them that they dont want any one to know there are others that hate the silence because they dont want to here others talking or even themselves talk. but to each his own. but on the other hand there are those who like the silence and the peace it brings, you will find thge right one soon just be strong and hold on. as for losing control it doesnt take long at all..., but, if you dont want to then its a long and painful path but you are able to come back from it a better person every time. just dont give up on your self you can make it.

this was a good poem I enjoyed it but please dont let go just yeat there will be others who will take you as you are I'd like to say that it will be easy but it wont you will be in my prayers and my thoughts. post again soon.
