There were amber beads encircling her neck

Laying within the deep hollows of her alabaster skin

And he knew then…

That when her eyes seemed pale

The emerald shone with much more intensity

From it’s place upon her finger

this is a very interesting poem. very visual and detailed. good job. i juss read a book that had an Countess Olenska. odd, huh. HUGS & KISSES

A breif, effective piece.
Thought provoking and imagery conjuring.
Rather detailed and emphasising...
