STILL HOLDING

Contributed by emystar on Sunday, 16th January 2005 @ 08:11:40 AM in AEST
Topic: SongLyrics

SultryRose's Signatures

Oh Daddy, Mom, so
many angels around.
Teaching me to let
go of agony's within
that's trying to zap my soul.

Oh Dad, Mom still angels
holding me up over pain.
Still holding me up.
Still holding me up
Oh yeah, holding me up.

Each-n-every soul
lives eternally around.
Right here on this hill
Totally sacred, holy ground.

Our bloodlines run deep
into this very sacred soil.
they came from Ireland,
Germany, and a place
in France called Savoy.

It's a nice poem :) and although the music isn't really a necessity it's a very nice touch!

This poem is enchanting, comfortinig and rather peaceful. Some pain and sadness, yet a deep sense of belonging with roots that run deep.

A wonderful write
