You are finally single
My dream has at last come true
You're no longer beyond my reach
So I can be with you
You say we need to have a talk
That you have something you need to ask me
I hope you ask me to be your girl
Because I'm already yours completely
I've waited for this moment
To finally come my way
I want you to ask the question
Because I already know what I'm going to say
I would say I love you
With every breath I take
I mean every word of what I say
Not a word of it is fake
I want to be there in the morning
And kiss you late at night
I want to hold you through the midnight hours
And never let you out of sight
There's not enough words in this world
To describe what I feel for you. . .
All I can say is I'll be your girl
Because I've always been waiting for you.
