unlike the types of birds that sing
the ones are completely odd
the heart bleeds the same like us
that never seems to stop

they ask if its even normal
the way I shout and scream
the ways my tears never seem unreal
to beat the night within

the likes of people I used to hate
seems all so different now
like this poem full of rage
just change the song for now

eventually you'll feel it too
the voices that forever chase you
the ways they scare
and laugh out loud
drowning you in fear too
