I thought I found my one and only,
but it just wasn't meant to be.
Without her I feel so lonely,
like someone lost at sea.
I hope someday I'll see her once more,
this better not be the end.
Maybe then she'll open the door,
and receive this message I've been trying to send.
I know this is all a big dream,
but we're intitled to those.
This is the end the way things seem,
that's just the way life goes.
