You were my Ice water
a tall glass of cold refreshment
In this life of push and shove I would become hostile and
somewhat violent so I would reach for my ice water to cool my temper
you were so cool and calming as your ice slid front fortha and you were
sliding down my throat and cooling my belly.
I squeezed the glass as I attempted to drain you and you were never
empty.
Some how I took you for granted because of your ready supply
and now I am dehydrated and dying due to my loss of
you some summer agao.
for ever drownded in this arid pool of mysery
