I must bid my short goodbye,
I hate saying this as it makes me cry,
I will miss you so much my friends,
As into my heart you have managed to blend.
I will be back this is not forever,
I’m off to seek some sunnier weather,
I am desperate for a break,
As I have took all I can take.
I wish I could put you all in my suitcase,
But I don’t think I’ve got the space,
But I will keep you all inside my heart,
Then we’ll never feel apart.
So my friends this is my farewell,
I’ll be back soon with much to tell,
Think of me as I’m on my flight,
Biting my nails & filled with fright.
