So tiny,
The others tower above you
Your beak picks at the ground,
Hoping to find a speck of food
A tiny puddle seems like an ocean to you
Your little yellow eyes search around for enemies
Wings so black, they will take you anywhere
The glowing sun pounds down on you, spreading a little shadow
Little Black Bird,
The slightest sound will scare you away
You hide among the cement benches,
Protecting yourself from the freezing wind
