An apology,
Acceptance came so calmly.
Hurt and confused you made me feel.
It made me realize our feelings for each are real.
Knew they were there but I don’t think you believed it.
Did you simply not want to have to admit you feel it.
Kept apart because of the distance of our homes.
Miles between us yet still we remain strong.
For I never wish to do you wrong.
When you’re my baby,
My snuggle bunny.
