Topic: Nostalgic

Sometimes I feel like I wasted this part of me,
Chasing after ghosts in far away places,
Across all the mountains, just to die slow at sea,
And all I can do now is write what I'm feeling,
It's life in a novel, but I've forgotten to be.
I look at the pages to find what it once was,
Have I lost all my love just to become free?
I know in my heart that her love is there,
But I deluded myself into believing in me,
Now looking back, I couldn't change a word.
For every moment in regret, is another eternity.
