a hopeful poem

Contributed by zenmind on Wednesday, 12th January 2005 @ 09:16:49 PM in AEST
Topic: Lifepoems

A hope filled moment.
I feel the overexuberance of this brief
tap..........tap-tap........tap
a clicking within every second.

I feel

I feel this mind fuzz,
begin to loosen.
I have not seen clearly,
the light grew dim!

I thought it was real.
Now I have a new prescription.
A prescription of hope!
Of love!
Do not forget.

I am frightened,
I almost lost myself.
For one breath. I was sure it was ice.
I cannot believe it.
The dream I had forgotten.

I am awake!
I am in love.

I am love

A new pattern emurges the farther your heart expands.
The more you open yourself to the night light,
the more you stand up and scream,
"Yes!"
It has begun.

A new transmigration,
that leads to an equilibrium,
a balance of sorts,
a brief glance at spring.
Already!

My gaze is lifting upward.
There is green!
Green filled lima beans,
growing on trees!
A journey's stain,
a blessing.

Remember to forgive
Remember to forgive
Remember to forgive

As Bjork has said, "When in doubt give"

Remember that the moment's gift is often
confusingly wrapped,
and sometimes doubt will cause you to forget
the truth that you have learned.

Remember that life after life there is truth.
Life after life there is love.
Life after life you are that which is,
and you will either die or wake up
grateful.

It really does lift your spirits reading this...sometimes it's hard to remember that life goes on...but it's good to know that you found warmth in a moment. Hold it dear and life will always hold hope for you. Nicely done!
