To commit suicide there are many choices
Just be paitent and listen to your inner voices
If you're always singing a sad song
You can't live that way for very long
If your sick and tired of your life
Have someone hand you the jagged knife
If you're life is at a daed end and you're having no fun
Just be brave and put the bullet in the gun
If life is to tough and you can't cope
Hang yourself from a strong rope
If in your throat you feel a lump
Stand on a high ledge and take a jump
If you want to commit the ultimate sin
Just down a bottle of clonipin
Remember if your here or gone no one will care
Heck you wont, you wont even be there

I have always wondered what it is that makes people want to kill themselves over depression alone. If your needs are taken care of, you're not deathly ill in any way, and you're not in constant physical pain of some kind, then why? Honestly, if it doesn't matter whether you're here or not, why not be here? See it out... see what happens. What difference will that make? In the grand scheme of things it'll be the difference between one blink or two... and you won't have to do anything you might regret if there is indeed an afterlife.
I don't profess to know anything about it, of course... in fact, you probably shouldn't even be reading this... I am an idiot. Thanks. |

I'm not sure why, maybe I'm in a bizarre mood.(nothing strange about that..) but I found myself laughing.. many's the time I've told people "here's the rope..go ahead.." because I got frustrated with the self- pity. And I've been there..I'm the empress of self pity..got scars and over-dose tries.. so I guess I know the slug-trail of pain it leaves behind for others.. great write.. |

Hey Blu...
Nice write... sad... thought provoking...
I can understand... I've been there... overlooking the great recipice of life... peering down into the pitch black bottomless pit... yeah... teetering there on the edge... thinking... who's gonna miss me... who's gonna care. Then I woke up to the finality of it and realized once done... there's no turning back... That's it!
Well written... my friend!

Not exactly the way i would say it but very true nonetheless. You seem to have a strong conviction on the subject of suicide and that is good. |
