Blanketed in crystals white
A place that is a serene sight
Ducks swimming in river cold
Squirrels looking for food bold
A bridge spanning the waters girth
This moment the most tranquil place on earth
Quietly the flakes still fall
With camera I take in it all
Welcoming the cold frosty bite
As the flakes sparkle in the light
Thanking Mother Earth for her space
I will ever hold in my heart this place

Do you have a picture to post with this? Or is it a place of the imagination? |

There is nothing better than a view that inspires both words as well as composition behind the lens. Or to take a photograph that then inspires a lovely write such as this.

This is nice. I can picture it. Reminds me of where I grew up.
