So Blind

Topic: LostLove

I can't believe she asked
I can't belive you said yes
I can't believe I was so dumb
I was so blind.

Why didn't I see it
Why didn't I ask
Why didn't someone tell me
Before I made such a big deal about it.

I wasted my time
And now you are lying
You tell me yeah let's hang out
Then you say you're annoyed.

Why didn't I see it
Why didn't I ask
Why didn't someone tell me
I totally made a mistake.

I needed to tell you
Or at least that's what i thought
Now I'm totally annoyed
Because I liked you again.

Why didn't I see it
Why didn't I ask
Why didn't someone tell me
Why couldn't you be honest?

I guess I'm just frustrated
Because she gets around
Then she finds herself
Back with her first love.

Why didn't I see it
Why didn't I ask
Why didn't someone tell me
Why are you blinded by her?

This girl is nothing special
She and you will not last
Look at her past relations
Tell me how its different.

Why didn't I see it
Why didn't I ask
Why didn't someone tell me
I guess because I was blinded by liking you.

a bit simple but nonetheless a good poem. Certainly shows what love can do to us...

I'll agree that this did remind me of high school, but that is not a bad thing. Partly because a lot of the folks that visit this site ARE in high school, but mostly because everyone feels like that when in this situation. The only difference between a teenager and an adult is that we are taught as adults to not express it so bluntly.

Personally I thought it was a breath of fresh air. We have all felt this way at one point in time or another. We tend to bury the feelings and forget.

Keep up the good work.

Love ~N~ Peace
Kali
