I am fortunate to have a friend in you,
a friend in trust, a friend so true,
a friend who always understands,
and tries to help then reprihend.
The friend in you I cherish dear,
sending love sending cheer.
The friend in you,
held in my hands through beaten pathways and rainbow bands,
deep in my heart and in my soul,
the friend in me wants you to know...
That I am here, when you need me be,
I am your love and light to see;
I will cry when you are sad,
and yell and scream when you are mad,
I will hurt so you can love,
send all the pain to the one above,
keep you strong and keep you right,
keep you from ever losing sight;
and when your love song finally ends,
I'll pray for you again my friend...Amen ~

This was a wonderful poem. Full of deepth! I have a friend like that too...I just hope that your friend knows how you feel! Wonderful!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is so beautiful ..hope your friend see's this one...it's a beautiful expression of how you feel and it's so deep and full of such emotion....absolutely beautiful write...thanks for sharing this one...
