his words echo as he speaks
and little reminders of you
haunt me
like the pictures on my teeenage wall
having loved and lost
then reminded
over and over again
why is it so heart to be just good friends?
you let go off me
and i remain forgotern
whlist you are still alive in my vision
was i ever anything to you?
you let go so quickly
but iv hung on
maybe it would be easier if you were
vanished
gone

to be friends with an ex is very hard and most would fiund it too painful, I know I would, a clean break is the best in my opinion, a very sad and pained write *hugs*

Technical part: get a proofreader or spellchecker. Errors make keeping the rhythm harder.
On the content, good thoughts. It is hard to morn a loss if they are still around. The process is quicker and ultimately less painful for a sudden and irrevocable break. I guess that's your ending point.

It is really difficult to remain friends with an ex. I've tried it before and it usually turns into an awkward friendship because usually there are still some feelings there.
Anyway, this is a good write. |
